We're building Alidade to give legal professionals more capacity for that work. AI assists with preparation; attorneys and their teams set the direction, check the basis and make the decisions. The workspace is organized around the matter. Materials, questions, drafts and workflows belong together, with sources close enough to check and proposed revisions ready for review. The product is designed for attorneys and legal teams across practice areas. Patent intake is our first pilot workflow.

I’m building Alidade around a simple idea: your expertise should have more room to work.
The details that matter to a legal team are often spread across documents, emails and client conversations. I want to bring that context into one workspace, where you can find the supporting material, develop a draft and keep the next step moving.
When you work with us on implementation, you work directly with me. I learn your processes, help turn them into workflows inside Alidade and refine them with your team. You bring the legal expertise; I handle the technology around it.
